Klarby is a bookkeeping and accounting tool for EU e-commerce sellers. It connects to third-party services you authorise — including Shopify, your bank, PayPal and Google — to import transactions, generate invoices, build VAT reports and produce accounting workspaces. Klarby is not a tax advisor or auditor; its outputs are for your operational convenience and you remain responsible for your own legal and tax compliance.
You need an account to use Klarby and are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your credentials secure. Where the service is offered on a paid plan, fees and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no pro-rata refunds are issued unless required by law.
You retain all rights to the data you submit or generate through Klarby. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process and display it solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train third-party machine learning models. You can export it at any time, and we delete it on request subject to the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.
Integrations depend on third-party services we do not control. The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law, and our liability is limited as set out in the full terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
